"To whom it may concern"

There are days in which I don't feel like being happy, those seem longer no matter that they last the same as others, there are days in which I don't care if things are right or wrong, they are a few; but those days in which I just want to smile and feel in a good mood happen, they are there, just until I realize that I feel alone, that is the fact, is not solitude is loneliness.

I know I can wait, I waited, I know I can smile, I smiled, I know I can scream, cry, punch and kick and bite and tear my hair apart and lie in bed and throw the phone and stare, just stare, nowhere.

Then I leave my bed and see this huge living room, empty, go to the kitchen and pour some coffee in a cup and taste it. Stand in front of this 6 meter wide window and see nothing, because nothing at all moves. Light a cigarette and pick up a book just to realize it's been read no more than the title and I have no intention whatsoever to go any further. Take a piece of paper and a mechanic pencil and leave them empty. Stare at the phone. No ringing. Back to the window. Back to the kitchen, back to bed, back to nothing. New file.

There are things I don't now for sure, like… us. What I know is that waiting is not the best thing I do. The best I do is to regret.

Now the house is full, and I have to seem to have the answers I'm asked for. And my mind goes away from this letter.

Van a ser las 10 de la noche, el mediodía de este hombre casi* libre, casi* tranquilo. No se ha podido pintar en horas porque las bombillas ahorradoras de energía cansan los ojos más que el sol aunque calienten nada, el olor a óleo que no se ha secado ni secará en horas está por todas partes, en la mesa, en las manos, entre las uñas, en el vidrio, en las tablas, en los pinceles que aunque ya limpios no están nuevos, en la chaqueta, en el pantalón, en los pelos dentro de la nariz.

Va siendo el mediodía y se ha comido algo para mantenerse vivo, un alimento o, la más común en estas tierras, mezcla de varios en un mismo plato, el almuerzo, esa cosa que da sueño, como el aire, como el cigarrillo, porque todo da sueño, todo da energía, todo mata, lentamente, pero mata; después de haber pintado durante días el volver al siempre aburrido lápiz es difícil, pero también es mucho más sencillo, los tonos de gris son más amables que las opciones infinitas que da tener 3 o 4 colores, sin embargo siempre hace falta esa mancha con la que se pueden tapar las desgracias involuntarias y accidentes irreparables que se dan en el lienzo. Ha sido un largo día, para algunos, no para mi. Hoy no he fumado lo que compre completamente, de hecho llevo mucho tiempo sin fumarme un cigarrillo hasta la colilla, hasta que se quemen los labios, los boto antes, algunos mucho antes, tal vez para sentir que no he fumado tanto; hay personas que se lo fuman todo, completo, hasta que el naranja se mezcla con el ocre/naranja o pantone yo-no-sé-qué…

Por un momento se olvida qué seguía, qué frase iba a completar la idea de lo se estaba escribiendo, pero vuelve, como todo, vuelve; no sé que tan despierto habría que estar para que esas ideas lleguen, pero al menos algo, dormido no consigo hilar lo que espero de la vida y de la gente que me rodea, los sueños dejan esa sensación de compañía degenerada y secreta e incomunicable, la necesidad de lo que no se tiene, la recurrencia de los recuerdos que queremos sean parte del ahora, una mierda. La ideas siguen llegando como sonidos, algunos ruidos, otros notas, otros ambos y nada, se van y cuando se van no hay nada que los mantenga vivos, los sonidos que somos o que fuimos. Suena una canción, hecha para mantener el espíritu de la derrota que comparten miles; mis derrotas son personales, de esas historias que se cuentan cuando se está ebrio, cuando el alcohol me hace sentir que contando las cosas que me hicieron débil ya son pasado, pero no, son canciones efímeras de temas recurrentes ¿Dónde está mi Grammy?

Hace unos meses hice la imagen de 1er concierto(recital) de canción efímero-patética**. No tuvo éxito, fue pasajero, se fue, fue un ser vivo por muy poco tiempo, de esos que no se alimentaban del sol como las plantas y algunos (muchos) cosos humanos, se alimentaba de adentro del “cantante” o “intérprete” del momento, nunca llegaría a ser himnos de una generación, nunca llegarían a ser canción de cuna de una nueva ola de mo-cosos.

Ya son más de las 10 de la noche. Hace frío.

es el miedo que me da en algunos momentos cuando no reconozco una voz, cuando realmente creo reconocerla pero es otra voz... la voz que duele... la voz que me hizo llorar.

a veces no se, no sabría, no soy capaz de asomarme a preguntar que es lo que está pasando... como si no estuviese listo para nada. ni lo bueno ni lo malo. Pero es una sensación muy maluca, como de miedo, como de rencor, como de ira pero un vacío dentro.

bueno, soy un cobarde. ¿tu crees que sería más fácil hacerlo y no tener la sensación de miedo ante la imposibilidad?

como yo lo veo, lo único imposible en este momento es saber la respuesta, en cuanto a la fácil, es más fácil no decir ni hacer nada, no requiere movimientos corporales que se gasten tu preciada energía. Por otra parte, tu cabeza le va a dar vueltas al asunto desgantándote, quitándole tiempo a otras cosas en las que podrías estar pensando.

digamos que lo hago y que la respuesta es positiva, quedan 2 opciones, que se quede bien o que falle totalmente, si falla totalmente empiezo las etapas del duelo hasta superarlo, si funciona y sale bien quedan 2 opciones, que siga bien o que falle totalmente, adivina que sigue...

estás haciendo excusas para no sufrir, si sabes que vas a sufrir tarde o temprano ¿por qué no lo haces de una vez? empiezas a adelantar el proceso.

por que la piezas están en un orden soportable, el sentir la ansiedad se esta volviendo un gusto, le estoy tomando cariño al sentimiento y a la idea de sentir lo que estoy sintiendo en este momento.

es soportable sólo si sientes que es algo que tienes que soportar, no estás tranquilo, es un dolor que no ha llegado a ser tan fuerte como para hacerte renunciar, pero de hecho te estas dejando arrastrar no por lo que quieres sino por lo poco o nada que has obtenido hasta el momento.

pero está bien, hasta el momento solo he obtenido reflexiones y pensamientos que me hacen disfrutar. La soledad no es tan mala cuando sabes que quieres dejar de estar solo y sabes de hecho con quien quieres dejar de estar solo, no es algo malo, es solo pasajero, sé que no voy a estar solo, se que quiero compañía, se quien es esa compañía...

que sabes quien es la persona con la que quieres estar, sabes que es la persona indicada, pero esa persona, la elegida, de alguna manera puede que nunca se entere. puede que nunca dejes de estar solo simplemente porque no le vas a decir que es la indicada. no?

probablemente, si esta sensación se queda por mucho tiempo... si la sigo disfrutando no hay razón para detenerla, si me aburro, si algo cambia, pues le digo.

a veces es fácil enmarcar a otros o dejarles ver errados cuando el pensamiento propio es tan fuerte como para convencerlos.

si, es fácil apuntar el dedo fuera de nosotros mismos. Tener una comprensión del mundo tan subjetiva como errada, siempre y cuando no te descubran.

eso y que la comprensión del otro sea aún más introspectiva, más llevada por el ego, más amarrada al pequeño espacio que nos rodea.

Duración y costos:

El taller tendrá una duración de 6 sesiones de 3 horas cada una.

Serán dos sesiones semanales.

Días lunes de 6pm a 9pm y sábados 5pm a 8pm.

El costo del Taller es de 180 mil pesos para quienes cancelen antes del 20 de noviembre y 220mil para quienes lo hagan después.
